What is a Transformation Session?
A Transformation Session is a One Hour Assessment with a Personal Trainer to gather up information, about you to determine your goals thereby establishing a trusted relationship with us.
How Long Does It Take?
A Transformation Session should last approximately an hour:
- 15 minute reviewing your assessment questionnaire.
- 10 minutes Going over muscle in metabolism.
- 20 minute Physical assessment testing your upper body strength Lower body strength and core strength.
- 15 minutes customizing a program for your needs.
