What is a Transformation Session?

A Transformation Session is a One Hour Assessment with a Personal Trainer to gather up information, about you to determine your goals thereby establishing a trusted relationship with us.

How Long Does It Take?

A Transformation Session should last approximately an hour:

  1. 15 minute reviewing your assessment questionnaire.
  2. 10 minutes Going over muscle in metabolism.
  3. 20 minute Physical assessment testing your upper body strength Lower body strength and core strength.
  4. 15 minutes customizing a program for your needs.
